Yoga Practice
For what began as a purely physical physique for me, this sacred practice has led me on the most enlightening journey of self discovery that I never thought possible.
I danced for 18 years as a kid, and I loved it. The movement, the transitions and the music. It was a meditation to me; it transported me to another place where I stopped thinking and just moved. Throughout this time, I tried a few yoga classes, but honestly, thought it was silly. It felt static. I couldn’t concentrate. I was bored, so I wrote off yoga completely.
A few years ago, I ran into a friend who was looking super toned and fit. She told me she had been doing yoga 4 times a week, and she had only started a month prior. Noticing dramatic changes in her body after only a month piqued my curiosity. I had to give this yoga thing another try.
As I continued to practice, I found yoga was all about movement, going from one pose to another in definitive and purposeful flow. It was most definitely a form of dance, of moving your body and completely letting go of your mind.
Practicing yoga has decreased my stress levels, my body is more relaxed, my relationships are richer, and my body is stronger. By using yoga to balance the body and mind through movement and breathe provides countless benefits to our physical, mental and emotional well-being. I’m passionate about spreading the joy of this practice and all that it offers.
One on one yoga sessions
Are a great way to receive the benefits of yoga, in an individualized session to meet your needs and goals. It’s an opportunity for beginners to advanced yogi’s to develop and deepen the personal yoga practice of yoga postures (asana), breath (pranayama) and meditation.
Each session will be designed and adapted to fit your individual goals and needs.

Private yoga for 1-2 people suitable for beginners or intermediate students, held in your home, outdoors or in a private yoga studio depending on location
Semi private yoga for up to 4 people suitable for beginners or intermediate students, held in your home, outdoors or in a private yoga studio depending on location
Group events to connect your tribe in a powerful way including bachelorette parties, renuinons, beach yoga, networking and more
Corporate yoga while increasing productivity in the workplace and creating a happier and healthier company culture
Private workshops
INVESTMENT: $120 / hr +
What to Expect:
Classes are designed to suit your experience, ability and to accommodate any special physical or emotional needs
2. Classes can be designed to develop strength and flexibility as well as promoting restoration and relaxation
3. Incorporate a short meditation and pranayama session into most sessions to bring the body and mind into balance
4. A safe and supportive space for those who don’t feel comfortable in a gym or studio environment.
PRICING:
1. Private sessions: $120/hr with an additional $20 per person, up to 4 people
2. Private session packages available — 5 class package: $550 ; 10 class package: $1050
3. Semi/Group sessions: 4+ students $200/hr
