I am a certified Holistic Health Coach, Yoga Teacher, healthy foodie, wellness enthusiast and fitness lover dedicated to helping you find YOUR version of wellness so you can live your healthiest life.
I am a former couch potato turned fitness enthusiast, former processed-food consumer turned clean eating fanatic, and former overanxious thinker turned healthy, happy and satisfied with life.
I left the corporate life to pursue my passion for health and wellness.
Now, I help guide women like you on how to eat and train for your unique body, resolve physical symptoms, and create the space you need to develop a great relationship with your food and yourself.
